We Bake with Love

Many years ago my wife, Stephanie, attended a cookie exchange and brought home what I thought were the best cookies I have ever eaten - Texas Almond Cookies.  I began baking them for myself and my co-workers, as well as cakes for their birthdays. They soon became something that my staff looked forward to. During this time my wife had a friend show her how to make Bon Bons using crushed up cookies. I observed her and began perfecting them ever since.

I retired in 2016 from the Alexandria Sheriffs Department and two years later my wife passed away suddenly.

I have always found my passion and comfort in baking cakes, perfecting the Bon Bons & baking delicious cookies for my family, friends, and past co-workers. With the urging and support of my children, family, and suggestions from ALL who have enjoyed my creations; I thought I would offer my confections to YOU!!  My hope is that this allows me to do something I enjoy in retirement and can provide satisfaction to the sweet tooth cravings of others.
